academic bookstore. As Assistant Manager, responsibilities included customer
relations for heavily service-oriented bookstore and training of staff.
Additional duties as Marketing Coordinator included advertising and promotion
of this and other stores in its region. As Store Manager, was responsible for
all store operations, including hiring and firing, management of annual
budget, store inventory, and payroll. Set up the store's fledgling website.
